We want you to love your Poppy Lissiman purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original dust bag and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags are attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
